Medicare help across the Oklahoma City metro.
The agency is based in Norman. Shannon and Dustin come to you in the twelve largest markets in and around Oklahoma City. Each city has its own doctors and its own plan list, so every page below is written for that place.
Oklahoma County
Oklahoma City
About 700,000 people
Oklahoma City is large enough that a plan advertised for “the metro” can still leave out the hospital you use. Shannon and Dustin Swanson meet Oklahoma City clients at home or somewhere convenient and compare Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans against the physicians and pharmacies on your list.
Cleveland County
Norman
About 131,000 people
Sooner State Senior Advisors is based in Norman. Shannon Swanson has spent more than 15 years helping people in the senior market, and her son Dustin works beside her. If you use Norman Regional, see specialists in Oklahoma City, or you are a University of Oklahoma retiree trying to time Part B, this is the conversation we have every week.
Oklahoma County
Edmond
About 100,000 people
Edmond clients often want a plan that works at a local clinic and still covers a specialist in Oklahoma City. Shannon and Dustin Swanson compare Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement options for Edmond addresses, including the pharmacies and physicians you already use.
Cleveland County
Moore
About 64,000 people
Moore is the community between Oklahoma City and Norman along I-35. Many of the people we meet here use a clinic close to home and a hospital or specialist on one side or the other. Shannon and Dustin compare plans for that split, and they leave your coverage alone when it already fits.
Oklahoma County
Midwest City
About 59,000 people
Midwest City is shaped by Tinker Air Force Base, and Medicare questions here often arrive with another card already in the wallet: retiree coverage, TRICARE, or a federal plan. Shannon and Dustin slow that conversation down before anyone picks a Medicare Advantage plan that fights with coverage you already have.
Canadian County
Yukon
About 28,000 people
Yukon is the western anchor of the Oklahoma City metro, in Canadian County. Integris Canadian Valley Hospital is the local name we hear most often, followed by specialists back in the city. Shannon and Dustin compare plans for Yukon addresses and recommend a switch only when your doctors, drugs, and costs get better.
Canadian County
Mustang
About 25,000 people
Mustang has been one of the faster-growing communities southwest of Oklahoma City. The Medicare question we hear here is often from someone who is 65 and still working, or from a spouse on an employer plan. Enrolling in Part B at the wrong time is an expensive mistake. Shannon and Dustin help you time it, then compare the plans that fit Mustang doctors.
Oklahoma County
Del City
About 21,000 people
Del City is a close-in community between Oklahoma City and Midwest City. National plan mailers treat it as a footnote to Oklahoma County. The doctors on Sooner Road and the hospitals you actually use are the whole point. Shannon and Dustin compare Medicare plans for Del City addresses in person.
Canadian County
El Reno
About 21,000 people
El Reno is farther west in Canadian County, with a historic downtown along Route 66. A Medicare Advantage directory full of clinics inside the Kilpatrick Turnpike is not a favor if your primary doctor is in El Reno. Shannon and Dustin quote plans for El Reno addresses and say so when the drive would be unreasonable.
Oklahoma County
Bethany
About 20,000 people
Bethany is a close community on the west side of Oklahoma County, home to Southern Nazarene University and a lot of people who use Integris nearby and specialists farther into Oklahoma City. Shannon and Dustin Swanson compare Medicare plans for that mix and keep the explanation in ordinary language.
Grady County
Chickasha
About 17,000 people
Chickasha is the seat of Grady County and home to the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma and Grady Memorial Hospital. It is a short drive south of the metro, and network maps drawn for Oklahoma City get sparse here. Shannon and Dustin check Grady Memorial and your city specialists before they talk about extras.
McClain County
Newcastle
About 15,000 people
Newcastle has grown quickly along I-44 and Highway 9, between Norman and Blanchard, in McClain County. Many residents use Norman Regional and also drive north. A Norman ZIP code and a Newcastle ZIP code do not always see the same Medicare plans, so Shannon and Dustin run your specific address.
We also meet people in nearby communities, including Shawnee, Guthrie, Blanchard, Piedmont, Choctaw, Warr Acres, The Village, Noble, Tuttle, and Harrah. If your town is not listed and you are in central Oklahoma, call anyway. Plans are quoted from your ZIP code. Shannon and Dustin are licensed in Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, and Missouri.
Bring your doctors and your medication list.
Shannon or Dustin will compare what is available at your address. If your current plan still fits, they will tell you to keep it.
